Filled shortcake pastry, usually with cream, fruit or chocolate. Eaten at breakfast or as a light snack with coffee. Best: BAR NEPENTA (Ostuni)

Sea urchins (months w/ 'R'). Eaten raw. Flesh scooped w/ pieces of bread. Our favourite: used in pasta sauce. Smashdelish! Best: RICCIOLANDIA (Fasano coast)
